Change Detection Research Interests
I am interested in the role of iconic memory in change detection. I am also interested in whether or not changes which occur to previously attended items are detected. This has led me into the domain of "post attentive" vision; the question of what types of representations remain after attention has been withdrawn from an object.

Temporal characteristics of motion vs. color processing. Metacontrast masking. Tactile adaptation.
